Who says bacon can only come from the pork belly?  
 
Our Buckboard Bacon is made from pork shoulder, which gives it a slighly different shape than regular bacon, and a higher ratio of meat to fat.  It is wider than your average bacon, and great for sandwiches, burgers, or by itself for breakfast!
 
Cook just like bacon - but be aware it will cook faster and there will be less grease in your pan while frying.  For best results, we always recommend your buckboard bacon is thawed before cooking.
